Nicholas Olczak is a postdoctoral fellow associated with the project, at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs. He holds a PhD in International Relations from Stockholm University.

For his doctoral thesis, he researched the connections between online identity discourses and China’s changing foreign policy.  His research interests include East Asian international relations, global governance/international cooperation on climate change, and constructivist theory.

Nick is also a research fellow at UI’s Europe programme and associated with the Asia programme and The Swedish National China Centre NKK and a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Economic History and International Relations at Stockholm University.
